Hummm, Its all Politics now... Im guessing the Arsehole who will send in a 350,000 seal soilder to do the job of a regular Run of the mill soilder is just trying to make themselves look good by having a good turnout to a mission, with no reguard to the fact they are running the risk of depleting a VERY valuable resouce, and one not real easy to replace.
