Outside Alchol is NOT permitted in the hotel. The hotel has a full service lounge, and I am currently negotiating a discount for members of our group. This sounds like a big deal, but I'm sure it'll work out.



How Much:
(we have initially set the price at $45 to cover the cost of the room with the current number of firm attendees as well as to cover the paypal fees.)

MEMBERS - Full weekend = $45 per person
Any members that are not staying for the whole weekend we ask that you please be generous and help us out $45 no matter, and even if you can not attend, any donation is appreciated as it will not go in any of our pockets, it will go to the MERC fund to sponsor other LANS, or servers we may use.

NON MEMBERS - Full weekend = $45 per person
Any non members that are not staying for the whole weekend will be $20/day

Well, with the simingly low enthusiasm that NOLA LAN III seems to be getting (and for the life of me can't figure out why since they're a blast) it seems like their will be only about 20 peeps with alarge number doing mostly WOW. This is fine but it translates into Andy probably drinking more than usual and wanting to go out and party more, (This has nothing to do with the fact the booby bar is next door, OK, maybe it does a little)), so with that being said I will need a designated driver. You know what.....this just freaking rocks. Anybody else know of a group like this that would rally and find a way to get it done??? I think not.
