They never really say what the petition is for or how it would be used? Are there mitigating circumstances which require the formation of the petition?

So is the parole hearing in OK or CA? I donot see what the opinions of a bunch of people who live in different areas of the US affect OK. If they want to parole him then that is their choice. I would like to see a never return to Cali clause or something, but to not parole is up to the board and the concerned people. Are petitions to parole boards normal out there? I just have never heard of one before. I am a nub.

no conspiracy f00 lmao I was just wondering if there was some appeal that might parole himm or something. It didn't specify. I guess the rant about visitation threw me off.

The purpose is to show public concern. If enough people sign the petition the parole board will see that there is real concern about this individual. It can and does have an influence on the parole board. Are for his hearing, he was convicted inCA so his hearing will be here.

One more thing about CA law. After you've served 85% of your sentence you are elidgible for parole. I guess his 85% is up. The idea behind the petition is to make him serve the full 100%.

Done. Its one thing to steal. Its an entirerly different thing to shoot someone intentionally. I've done some bad things in my time but I would have never brought/used a gun. To me that's extreme malicious intent. NO PAROLE!
