my friend had a hard time canncleing his account he even had to close his account at the bank to close his visa card so they would quit taking money over and over. they told him the same thing well it shows you have used this account blah blah blah.

yeah they kept taking money from my mom too. no one in the house ever used it after we cancelled the account.
