yo i just got bf2 , and i need to know how to get one of those things like goose,diesel and others have if someone doesnt mind.

go to bf2player.com, make sure you have over the requisite 150 pts, click on signatures, copy the bb or html code into the sig spot of your forum profile

he is our Resident Nub. = This is the characterization that the message is emphasizing to the intended person, about the referred to person.

LOL = Laughing out loud; This is what the creator of the message was doing after creating the message.

So, in summarization, yes, SK, you are still the Resident NUB.
