OK, yall remember when i couldnt get source to work on my desktop, well, i got it to work after actually installing direct x 9, but it was choppy. So i bought myself a new laptop, planning for it to run source, and i needed one. The specs are 2.0ghz, 1gb ram, geforce go 6400 128mb vid card, 100gb hdd. it has direct x 9. When i launch source, it comes up showing the very 1st screen, and it gets a blue screen, and crashes/restarts the computer. Windows, and all hardware has updated drivers, except i think my vid doesnt have the most current driver, which i cannot find it on nvidia's website, they only have the most current drivers for the most current cards, that i can find, that is the only thing i can think of. Malice from [lag] said that i may be running hot, getting a blue screen, but i dont think that is it, any help would be apreciated. The specs are great to run it, please help me.
