Video Card watercooling solution

I ran across this and thought it was a pretty cool idea since something that bothers me about watercooling is the hot water going to cool the video card without releasing any heat. I found a review of it on a Google search and it did pretty well. He said it's not as good as the high end stuff but go figure it's not a high end price at $80 plus shipping.
