lol. Very funny. My boss goes right by my office and never notices I have my MERC website pulled up as the color scheme I use for my finite element analysis matches our website colors pretty good. CAMOFLAUGED!, LOL. I attached a pic to show you what I mean. Here I was analysing the stress and displacement on a taper roller bearing end plate. Well, what I mean is its what I had pulled up while looking at the forums.

I hope your paying attention to the FEA while surfing the forums....looks like you have some 'hot spots' in that there design. I can't read the numbers because your screeny sucks arse, but red usually means trouble..... :stick

Lol, I set the range of stress in the legend to specifically show "hot spots" I lowered the max stress range on the legend to 3,000 psi. The typical yield strength of a class 30 cast iron is 30,000 psi so it gives me a safety factor of 10. If I leave teh scale at 30,000 psi the entire part is blue and I would not see the weak spots.
