With Dirge's emmissions, no, i'm pretty sure it would fail any EPA or US government regulations ( which are the easiest to pass in the world).

On a seperate note, the last job i did i got handle radioactive sources(little things about the size of a spark plug that emit tons of gamma and neutron radiation). It was the first time i got to handle the actual things, but i was sitting beside the gieger(sp?) counter we had and watched it peg out on full as the source came above the drill floor. I was kinda like whoa, but knew that i got to handle it at the end of a 4 foot stick, so it wasn't too bad. I freaked out the driller after i got done, he asked if i was ok and i told him my hands were glowing green. LOL, you shoulda saw him jump back!
