i had a ati radeon pro and it ran bf2 fine (sabre in the new proud owner of it). i now have a 6800gt that was a little exspensive and is also a great card.

w00t! yup the card runs IE6 perfectly! no problems at all.....ho....hum Can anyone sense my frustration of not having any time?

the 6600gt is around 150 or so on newegg. I think we have a couple of people running that card with BF2.

I have an Nvidia FX5900XT, It seems to run fine, but you may wanna jump up to a newer card if you can afford it.

If you will give me your spec's as in what modle of deminsion or better yet get me your service tag I can look at the spec's and tell you if you have a AGP slot or not.

I donot have an AGP slot, due the reason I unloaded the 9600Pro to Heater. I want to one day build "thee" machine, but not until prob next summer. I just want to play BF2 and the Sapphire 9250Pro cannot run it due to Driver issues I guess. I also am running 1 gig RAM and onboard sound.

SnAkEbItE: I will get the number tonight when I get home ~ 6 pm MST.

Thanks.

Might be tuff to find a decent card for PCI. I run an ATI 9600XT and I'm middle of the road for setting in BF2.

Can you add an AGP slot or do you do that by building a new machine?

You would have to build a new Box.
Its part of the Motherboard, and thats
the "MOTHER" of the PC...
For a DELL its actualy a Mother @$%$% of the PC... LOL

There are only 3 PCI slots, no AGP or PCIe.
It is using the 865 chipset using DDR memory (not DDR2)
Your PC seems to be a celeron 2.66 with 256k cache (according to the service tag)

basically, no video upgrade for you on that PC. sorry.
