Where is everyone playing?

I for one have been playing CS 1.6 a lot on the LAG server simply because my computer refuses to play Source - I don't understand why. I thought it was a connection issue, but I can play 1.6 fine, but nomatter what CS:Source server I get on, including a local game w/ bots, my system locks up about 15 seconds after getting in, and my sound studders and my machine barely runs enough for me to drop console and type exit which usually takes about 30-45 seconds of trying.

BTW - if anyone has any Ideas, I'm running:
Athlon XP 2400+
GF 4 TI4200 64MB AGP 8X
768MB RAM

And I've tried all kinds of Nvidia drivers, If I download the LATEST drivers the game won't even load telling me that my resolution isn't supported.

Hey guys just wanted to introduce Coloniel2113 , he works with me and is just getting in to BF2. From what i have seen he can already pilot a jet and not to shabby on a helo. He is set up on teamspeak is someone can register him.
