I tried to play source the other night on the MERC server but kept getting an error message that would kick me out to Windows. I gave up and read.

Tech what did the error say?

I had an error the other day on my kids computer that said something about the video settings, and it would kick me back out to windows. I unistalled and reinstalled just about everything but windows itself and it ended up being a driver issue.
The latest Nvidea driver does not work correctly on the generation 5 cards. I installed an earlier version of the nvidea driver and it works great now.

That's exactly what mine was saying. It was a video error. I didn't understand that because I didn't change anything but update the drivers. I'm guessing that I got a bad batch of drivers ("Don't eat the blue drivers! It's a bad batch!") and will try to roll them back or something.
