best desktop theme software

Im thinking about using a desktop theme software. i've heard of windowblinds but not sure how good it is. i'm afraid to put anything on there without finding out exactly what they do.

does anybody use this kind of software and if so which one and how good is it.

i've played w/ all of them, and just keep going back to the stock XP Silver theme.
