lol...My first hunting trip in Montana we had 3-4 inches of new snow on the ground. Was trying to follow a herd of elk that I had seen moving between 2 areas the weekend before. Parked my truck...got out and walked for about a mile and realized..DOH! i forgot my gps and sidearm. Turn around and head back to my vehicle, about 25 feet behind me are Mount. lion tracks walking right next to mine...tracking me. If you enter their territory they track and keep tabs on you...98% of the time you never actually see them, they are sneaky..the other 2% scares the crap outta me. Sorry But I now side with the dogs. And yes the kitty in the pic. was let go and the dog;s called back:)
