I like , COW, horse, dog, cat, nutria, coons, ducks, pigs, elk, buffalo, chicken, quail, alligator, shark, shrimp, catfish and all fish, crabs, crawfish (crawdads), turkey, opposum, squirl, snake, rat, goat, and even hamsters.

P.S. and I have tried them all. Raccons are real gamey, so you need to marinade in dark molasis. Ducks are great rapped in bacon and grilled. Nutria is poor meat so you need to stripp off the bone and make a ball (like a Garr ball) to enjoy. One of my favorites is crawdads (cooked really spicey and salty, just like Reed hates), Grilled shrimp is another one of my favorites, but nothing beats a nice big as steak from a cow cooked raw (just season and burn the side ever so slightly to kill the bac) when you bite in and the blood oozes down the side of your mouth, Yummy.

It's a really a muscle but CFH's favorite raw oysters is a good one to note. Almost as good as pickled quail eggs, cow tongue, and pigs feet.

Deer....Take some deer steak, season it over night in your favorite seasoning, wrap it around some peppers and onions, wrap it in bacon and throw it on the grill....mmmmm...damn good stuff. Redneck come up with that one. Every once in a while something good comes out of that head of his...lol.

SPAM is classified as MEAT not the best grade but there is some in there. lol. I mean I eat the snot out of Taco Bell and it says on there delivery box "GRADE D MEAT, BUT EDible" No kidding and it's great stuff.

Yet another Urban Myth - there is no such thing as "Grade D"

The Grading system according to the USDA:

USDA Prime, Choice, Select, and Standard grades come from younger beef. The highest grade, USDA Prime, is used mostly by hotels and restaurants, but a small amount is sold at retail markets. The grade most widely sold is USDA Choice.

Standard and Commercial grade beef frequently is sold as ungraded or as "brand name" meat.

The three lower grades — USDA Utility, Cutter, and Canner — are seldom, if ever, sold in stores but are used instead to make ground beef and other meat items such as frankfurters.

Well, quote snopes all you want on this one.. I have been to a cookout at a LA TECH Dean's house for burgers and beers and sen the box from the Tech farm that said "Grade D" Meat. dunno what that's about, but it said it on the box. With my own two eyeballs. Tasted good though!
