I know what he's talking about. It's built into Macromedia Studio but other then that I don't know where to find it. You have to pick the font then overlay the graphic.

Just make your own graphic and find some text from www.dafont.com

I'm assuming your using Photoshop or Paintshop.

Where do you put the fonts that you downloaded in Photoshop? I've gotten a few fonts I like but I don't know where to put them.

Put them on your desktop.

Go to Start->ControlPanel->Fonts.

At top, File->Install New 1337Phont.
