I have made it all the way back to ravenholm with the Blue Gravity Gun, and I have managed to Pickup the Pistol, the Magnum, and the SubMachine Gun. I was under the impresion that you could not have more that the G-Gun If you started with that...
FYI, it takes a while to get the guns, but you do get them eventualy. You do not get these guns as soon in the game, you have to dodge some of the time.
