One of the reason's I would neve make a good cop is that some stupid ID10T would try and run from me and I would just cap him in the knee so I wouldn't have to chase him casuse, well I'm lazy. I think they would call that excessive force, and I would be like, Yeah well I ain't running for no one.

It's more of a statement made by the judge then anything else. He just ran all the time penalties concurrent instead of just giving him the max on the highest charge.
