how do i figure out what kind of mobo i got in my dell?

had this thing for three years now. and i cant find my book on it.

im trying to figure out what kind of RAM to get (or my g/f to buy me for christmas) i want two sticks of DDR corisair.. but dont know if i can have that or not. and i dont have the money to buy a new mobo and cpu.. so dont say that... lol
