This lawsuit is a bunch of crap. There are obvious patents on 3d tech that came after said "patent." Part of the patent application process is the Governement researching for conflicting patents. Tack this one onto the line with "eating at McDonald's made me fat" & "these companies got rich off my granpappy"

It will get dismissed. Patent holders that don't defend them immediately when an issue is found are generally SOL and get cases tossed out. This is done mainly to avoid this exact situation where someone would file a patent, wait for it to become mainstream then sue for tons of money. All the defense really needs to do is prove that this is what the procecution is attempting to get it tossed out. Plus it should be pretty easy to find prior art that will cause the case to get tossed out.
