Look at the Kill vs Death numbers for these guys. Also look at the headshots.
There is no doubt that these nubs are cheating. I have been playing quit a bit lately and a head shot is not very easy to get. I will go through a map killing 80+ people with a sniper rifle and will only get 4-5 headshots.
