Western Digital 250GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive
Intel Pent.4/3.0E ghZ 800 mhZ FSB
Pioneer Black DVD=RW/-RW Drive
Corsair 512x2 DDRPC RAM
Case = Still deciding
ATI RADEON 9800 PRO Video Card, 256MB DDR, 256-bit, DVI/TV-Out, 8X AGP

Not in your humble opinion, it is better. I've used both XMS and Value and I currently have some XMS right now at 5-2-2-2 (very fast if you dont know what that is.) If youre going for cheap ram, get some Kingston Value.
