PsychoStats Help

On our server [IP:67.19.64.212:27015], our PsychoStats seems to be acting up. First of all, when I log on to the server via my FTP I can't seem to find any PsychoStats files. PsychoStats was installed by our hosting company, WGO. It works fine in the game and I can link to it at http://67.19.64.212/ but it hasnt' reset since the day it was installed. That was about 2 1/2 weeks ago or so. Pink keeps telling me to call WGO, but everything is under his name and he's talked to them previously. He keeps putting it off. Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

You can email WGO or post in the psychostats forums. Even though everything is under Pinks name, email WGO and see if they can look into it.

Well by looking at the last run date is says August 6th, quite simply they have not ran psycho stats. The stats in game is a totaly different creature all togehter.
