All my parts are now in and obviously since i been owning people in the server my new computer is up and running smoothly.

New parts i ordered:
MB VIA KT400A| KD7A ABIT ATX RTL
VGA CARDEX|GF FX5900XT GS 1100 128M
CPU AMD|2800/333 ATHLON XP BARTON R
DDRAM 1GB|64X64 VS DDR400 KIT COR%

The Case:
CASE TT|7ATXM XASER III VM2420AU RT

Parts i already had:
80GB hard drive
52x cd-rom
24x CD-RW
ubar floppy drive

Attached the Proccessor to the MB and the Cpu heatsink and fan. Also installed the temp gauge under the processor.

another shot of the MB with the heasink now cliped to the latch.. very scarry part pushing down that latch with your screwdriver. Temp wires and fan is also plugged in now.

All secured down with the CPU cables plugged in, the LEDs and powers and front usb etc etc all plugged in. Sadly enough the MB doent have a firewire so i cant plug in the front firewire but thats otay.

Installed the Hause of a Gfx card. This thing is a monster.

Skip forward here a bit, but all the cd roms and hard drives and all installed. The cable management is something im going to have to work on. Get some round ide cables and maybe put in a few leds etc.. but here is the computer being formatted. yay!

computer isnt the best of the best, but its a huge improvement on what i had and im very satisfied with the grafics... just amazing.. and yes i need to clean my apt.

I have one question, does that video card have it's own power supply or what? Jeesh that thing is as big as the mother board.

It's got a female molex connector on the card for power...so, in effect, yes...it does require external power, but it comes direct from the power supply.
