I just got my DSL (rocks, btw) and I'm returning my cable modem to Cox Cable tomorrow just as it is pictured here. I want them to realize how upset I am.

Update: I took the modem by yesterday and plopped the box (with all the contents as pictured) on the counter...
"Hi, can I help you?"
"Yes, you may. I would like to return this cable modem and make changes to my account."
*looks at the box...looks at me...frowns* "Ok..."

Anyway, all that work, and all I got was a frown...oh, and she told me that I could keep the box. lol
