OMG the new Roots cd is so freakin good. (its not supposed to be out yet, shh) i suggest that anyone that likes hip-hop even a little bit to get this cd. have fun listening to this greatness. if you dont get it then i have just one thing to say...

i guess it is out now. its called tipping point. in my view the only roots cd better is "things fall apart" which is my favorite.

another really good one that is pretty new is "Okayplayer:true notes vol.1"

Okayplayer is a web site made by the roots to support underground type artists. some of the artists on it are roots (of course), Hieroglyphics, skillz, aceyalone, little brother, Defari and a ton of others. if you like what the roots are doing then you will love this cd too.
