MOTD

Can someone please help me, I can't get the MOTD to scroll.
I tried changing the html to scroll=yes, that didn't work.
If it's a glitch can someone tell me how to link the MOTD to a webpage.

Korrupted. Are you trying to link the motd directly to a url, or are you referring to when you click a link within your motd?

Well initially I was having problems getting the MOTD to scroll, fixed that. Then it wouldn't show all the html. Ace helped me fix that.
I was wondering if you could have the MOTD link to an url.
