Okay, for anyone having problems with their custom sprays, this prog is pretty simple to use. Basically open the program, and follow buttons 1, 2, and 3 (in order =p) I think any image file works. After you resize, save it as a .wad and rename it "tempdecal". Just put the tempdecal file in your cstrike folder under Steam and you're good. (Note: Once you put the tempdecal in the cstrike folder, Steam resets it anytime you enter the options menu, so try to avoid that =p)
