Cant get my new avater or my signature to work, i made a sig, i cant cet it to work...WAAH! please help!!!

Ok, quick question and answer;
1) Where is the file located?
2) What is the file type?
3) Do you have the insert command formatted correctly?

...what if i anwserd "do what?" to all of em :D with the old format it was easy to make an avater, now i cant out a custom one, waah! thank Goose for trying to help and not beeing a STOOPID NUB like Silent and Drax! :d: hehehe
