Dragonlady, thanks for the post. I have a two-year old little girl, so it give me some time to improve the survey, but it is a good start. It should include room for finger prints and come with a blood testing kit. If I have the money I plan on hiring some PI to do the background checks and tale the actual dates.

As far as the COPS keeping up with them..... WELL I am lucky! we have friends and family that are cops so it won't be hard to get her back home when I want her home! But I don't even want to think about all this right now.... You know what I mean...
