Well I understand your frustration, but I am glad to see that at least there wasent anyone, or any thing "like pets" in the house. Are you going to lose the house, or can it be repaired?

Man...Mercy, I hope it's a total loss. Sell the thing, cut your losses (if you have any) and walk away. that is REALLY not cool. Are you able to sue the tennants? Insurance?

I feel for ya man! House fires are no fun, especially where stupidity is concerned. Coming from firefighters like myself and Goose (I have retired), We hate having to deal with these situations. I am glad though that no one one was home or injured. Houses can be replaced. Lifes cannot.

yeah it was good that she wasnt home, but we had no way to contact her...luckly my wife was able to track down her dad in Vivian, LA and contact her there..

i am praying that they will call it a total loss, that would make it so much easier and i could definitely use the insurance money for something else...i would just bulldoze the house and sell the lot, and use the money for something else...

I had my step-Dad look at these pics and he said that that was all pretty much total'd it would take a miracle to repair that. my step dad knows about all that he fixes all the electrical stuff in our familys house.to repair that would be INSANE AND STUPID!
